The Peninsula Beijing's largest function and meeting space is The Grand Ballroom. Located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, at the top of the impressive marble staircase, The Grand Ballroom features magnificent, glittering chandeliers and can accommodate up to 600 guests for a cocktail reception and 400 guests seated for a banquet. For smaller events and meetings, The Grand Ballroom can be subdivided into two separate meeting rooms, each offering a capacity of up to 250 people theater style.
The Emerald and Ruby Rooms at The Peninsula Beijing are ideal for mid-sized meetings and events in Beijing. The Emerald meeting room offers 155 sq m / 1,636 sq ft of meeting space and is divisible into two separate function rooms for smaller meetings or events. The Ruby Room measures 119 sq m / 1,280 sq ft and can be divided into three separate meeting rooms for added versatility.
